Our minimum age is 8, as younger children tend to be overwhelmed by VR, and they are often too small to operate some of the games, or fit the headset.
If you are diagnosed with epilepsy, you should not play virtual reality as some of the animations may trigger symptoms.
If you have a diagnosed heart condition, we suggest you obtain medical advice before playing virtual reality as some games can be strenuous.
We recommend that pregnant women and elderly customers take care when playing virtual reality as you may need to move around. Our staff will be able to recommend suitable games.
